Hamburger And Beer Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 medium onions, chopped
    4 to 6 carrots, sliced
    1 (12 oz.) can beer
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed beef broth
    16 oz. can tomato sauce
    2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms, undrained
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. ground allspice
    2 soup cans water
    2 stalks celery, chopped
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onions until meat is browned; drain off fat.
    Put all ingredients in crock-pot and cook for 8 to 10 hours on low.
    Remove bay leaf before serving.
