Carrot Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, cubed
    4 medium carrots, cubed
    1 medium onion, cubed
    1 can potato soup
Preparation
    In a nonstick 8-inch square baking dish, layer the potatoes, then onion, then carrots. Salt and pepper layers.
    Combine the soup with 1 can of water.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serves 6.
