Mexicali Chicken(Feeds 2 People) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boned chicken breasts or 1 pkg. chicken strips
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can Mexican tomatoes
    1 box spaghetti
    6 shakes Texas Pete
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder or to taste
    salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning or to taste
    about 3 Tbsp. Crisco
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large skillet (I use an iron one).
    Put in chicken and onions, stirring frequently until done.
    While this is cooking, start the spaghetti cooking in boiling water.
    Add garlic powder and other spices to chicken/onion mixture.
    Stir well to coat chicken.
    Add tomatoes (I like to chop mine before adding). Simmer while spaghetti is cooking.
    Drain spaghetti, pour the chicken mixture over it and enjoy!
