Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can mixed vegetables, drained
1 can broccoli cheese soup
1 pkg. Ritz crackers
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. cooked rice, drained
meat of your choice
Preparation

In buttered casserole dish, crumble Ritz crackers in bottom of dish, then put in mixed vegetables, rice, meat, broccoli and cheese soup.
Put in rest of butter; crumble Ritz crackers on top. Add a little water so as not to stick.
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
