Barbecued Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bacon, chopped
1/4 lb. margarine
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. freshly ground coarse black pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 Tbsp. Rex crab boil (seasoning)
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 1/2 lb. large shrimp (with shells)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In a small frying pan, fry bacon until clear.
Add the margarine and remaining ingredients except the shrimp.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Place the unpeeled shrimp in an open baking dish and pour sauce over the top.
Stir once to coat all of the shrimp.
Bake in an uncovered dish for 20 minutes, stirring twice during the baking process.
Serve hot.
Peel shrimp and enjoy.
Great over rice or as is.
