Icebox Pickles(Kosher) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. coarse salt
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    2 qt. water
    4 garlic cloves
    4 bay leaves
    1/4 Tbsp. pickling spice
    fresh dill
    small pickles
Preparation
    Boil first 3 ingredients together and cool to lukewarm.
    In a gallon jar place garlic cloves, bay leaves and pickling spice. Pack with fresh dill in bottom, middle and top.
    Then pour on cooled mixture.
    Leave out of refrigerator.
    Use small pickles.
