Hopewell Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. pkg. frozen California blend vegetables
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. grated American cheese
    1/8 c. melted margarine
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    8 to 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. chicken or turkey, cubed
    1 c. sliced water chestnuts
    1 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Blend soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
    Stir in chicken, vegetables and water chestnuts.
    Spread evenly in a 9 x 9-inch buttered baking dish.
    Sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
    Combine margarine and corn flakes and sprinkle on top of mixture.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
