Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 1/2 lb.) pork loin roast
    1 1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1 1/2 tsp. marjoram, crushed
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    fresh parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Rub
    roast
    with
    mixture
    of
    onion salt, marjoram and pepper.
    Place
    pork, fat side up, on rack in shallow roasting pan in oven.
    Roast, uncovered, in a 325\u00b0 oven for about 2 1/2 hours. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
