Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    round steak
    28 to 32 oz. canned tomatoes
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    sliced onion
    green pepper
    flour
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Flour steak and brown quickly in skillet with oil.
    Remove from skillet and place in crock-pot.
    Add tomatoes, Worcestershire, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper.
    Cook on low (6 to 8 hours) or until steak is tender.
    Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
    Thicken sauce with flour and water mixture.
