Homemade Eggnog Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/8 tsp. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. corn starch
2/3 c. milk
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. whipped cream
Preparation

In a small bowl soften gelatin, and water, set aside.
In a saucepan combine sugar
and corn starch, gradually stir in milk until smooth.
Bring to a boil.
Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
Remove from heat.
