Chocolate-Banana Shortcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. buttermilk baking mix
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1 egg
    2/3 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
    sweetened whipped cream or vanilla ice cream
    1 banana, sliced
Preparation
    Heat
    oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour baking pan (8 x 8 x 2-inch).
    In
    a
    large
    mixer
    bowl, blend all ingredients, except whipped
    cream
    and
    banana,
    on low speed 1/2 minute, scraping bowl
    frequently.
    Beat
    on
    medium speed 4 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally.
    Pour into pan.
    Bake until wooden pick
    inserted in\tcenter\tcomes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes. Cut\t4
    servings from
    cake.
    Serve warm, topped with whipped cream and banana slices.
    Makes 4 servings.
