Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 to 12 flour tortillas
1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1 tsp. pepper
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can milk
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 c. water
Preparation

Brown ground beef and onion; drain.
Add salt and pepper.
In saucepan, heat the milk, soup, Velveeta cheese and water on low. Heat tortillas.
Roll tortillas with meat and cheese.
Lay in baking dish.
Pour soup mixture over top of tortillas.
It should be pretty juicy.
Bake in oven until hot and bubbly.
