Blend Of The Bayou Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick margarine or butter
1 lb. shrimp, peeled
1 large onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Tabasco
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 pt. crab meat
3/4 c. cooked rice
sharp cheese, grated
cracker crumbs
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 c. okra, chopped
1 lb. crabmeat
1 to 2 lb. peeled shrimp
1/2 lb. fish filets
1/2 pt. oysters
1 can tomatoes
1 stick butter
3 qt. water
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Use large pan.
Saute in butter the onions, celery, green pepper, garlic and okra for 10 minutes.
Add to this mixture the roux, water and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook for 1 hour.
Add all other ingredients and cook for another hour.
Serve in soup bowl with rice and green onions (chopped).
