Swiss Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. butter or margarine
1 1/4 c. milk
1 carton unthawed broccoli (10 oz.; uncooked)
1 onion, chopped fine
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) jar chicken gravy
Preparation
-
Saute 2 tablespoons onion until tender.
Add remaining ingredients and heat until melted.
Can add potatoes and other vegetables if you wish too.
