Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked chicken, cut up
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
    3/4 c. melted butter
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 small jar chopped or sliced pimentos
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 c. chicken stock
Preparation
    Mix melted butter and stuffing mix.
    Set aside.
    Mix rest of ingredients.
    In 9 x 13-inch pan, put 1/2 of stuffing mixture gently.
    Do not pat down.
    Add chicken mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    If made ahead and stored in the refrigerator, cook approximately 1/2 hour longer.
