Party Tenderloin Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 7 lb. beef tenderloin, trimmed
2 to 3 lb. pork tenderloin, trimmed
1/2 tsp. dried whole thyme
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Port wine
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. brandy
1/2 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
2 bay leaves
party rye bread
endive
Preparation

Place tenderloins in large pan.
Combine the next 8 ingredients in a small mixing bowl, mixing well.
Makes about 1 cup.
Pour marinade over tenderloins.
Cover tightly with foil; refrigerate overnight, turning meat over several times.
