Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (16 oz.) cans sliced peaches
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. nutmeg
    1 c. water
    4 Tbsp. vanilla flavor
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Drain
    juice
    from peaches, place in a pot.
    Add sugar, cinnamon,
    nutmeg,
    butter, vanilla and salt.
    You must have 2 crusts, one for the bottom and one for the top of the cobbler. In a
    10 x 13-inch baking pan, place the first crust (which is the bottom crust).
    Heat the drained juice, cinnamon, butter, nutmeg, vanilla flavor, sugar and salt until it boils.
    Place drained peaches in baking pan.
