Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large potatoes
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 small can Carnation milk
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Whip eggs with fork; set aside.
    Mix rest with potatoes; add eggs.
    Mix.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0, then cut to 250\u00b0.
    Put rack on bottom.
    Cook until crust is brown.
    Move rack up, turn oven to 200\u00b0 and cook for 1 hour.
