Easy Beef Sausage And Black Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. thinly sliced carrots
    1 c. thinly sliced celery
    3/4 c. water
    8 oz. fully cooked smoked beef sausage link
    2 cans black bean soup (or black beans)
Preparation
    Saute carrots and celery in a little oil.
    Add sausage (cut lengthwise in half, then crosswise into 1/2-inch slices).
    Add water and soup to the sauteed vegetables and sausage.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Simmer 15 minutes or so, stirring occasionally.
