Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    3 eggs
    4 Tbsp. flour or cornstarch
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon flavor
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Cream butter and salt.
    Beat eggs, add to sugar mixture.
    Add buttermilk and flavor.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Makes 2 pies.
