Mexican Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 doz. tortillas
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
    1 can refried beans
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1 bunch scallions, chopped
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and scallions.
    Drain off fat.
    Add refried beans and enchilada sauce.
    Cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
    In a baking pan, cover bottom of pan with a little meat mixture.
    Then layer with tortillas.
    (Just enough to cover pan.) Then layer with meat mixture and then cheeses.
    Repeat, layering tortillas, meat mixture and cheeses.
    You will have 2 layers of tortillas and your top layer will be cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    You can serve with sour cream and Guacamole.
