Ingredients
    roast (allow for 3 to 4 servings per pound)
    Hawaiian salt
    pepper
    minced garlic
    brown sugar
Preparation
    Rub salt and other ingredients on all parts of roast.
    Place, uncovered, fat side up in a roasting pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 to desired doneness.
    Let stand 15 minutes to firm meat before carving.
