Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. rice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. sugar
    4 c. milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. raisins
    3 eggs
    cinnamon
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Cook rice, salt, 1/3 cup sugar and 2 cups milk in double boiler until all the milk is absorbed.
    Heat 2 cups milk and add 1/4 cup sugar, vanilla and raisins until boiling point.
    Beat eggs and stir into rice mixture along with milk mixture.
    Pour into greased 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
