Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices white bread, crumbled or croutons
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 c. ham, chopped
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    4 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 c. milk
    4 large eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Place bread crumbs in greased 8-inch square baking dish.
    Set aside.
    Saute mushrooms and onion in butter.
    Place over bread. Add ham.
    Mix cheeses and flour.
    Place over ham.
    Combine milk, eggs, mustard and garlic salt, mixing well.
    Pour over cheese. Chill 8 hours or overnight.
    Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
