Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large Ragu sauce
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 lb. lasagne noodles
    3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook meat and sauce.
    Cook noodles according to directions on package.
    Drain.
    Blend Ricotta cheese with egg and 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese.
    In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish, spread about 1/2 cup sauce; over this, layer 1/3 of noodles, half of Ricotta cheese mixture and 1/3 of Mozzarella cheese.
    Cover with sauce; sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
    Repeat.
    Top with remaining noodles; cover generously with sauce and remaining Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
