Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 cans yellow hominy
bacon grease
salt and pepper
1 can mushroom soup
3/4 jar jalapeno Cheez Whiz
1 onion, chopped

Preparation

Cook hominy with salt, pepper and bacon grease until most of juice is gone; drain.
Add mushroom soup, Cheez Whiz and onion. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
