Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/2 stick margarine or butter (to mix with crackers)
    1/2 stick margarine or butter (to mix with Velveeta)
    1/2 stick Velveeta, melted (8 oz. is very cheesy; 4 oz. is not quite enough)
    2 pkg. chopped broccoli
Preparation
    Mix Ritz crackers with 1/2 stick margarine and set aside. Cook broccoli and drain well.
    Mix second 1/2 stick margarine with Velveeta and toss with broccoli.
    Pour into casserole dish and sprinkle with cracker mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
