Peanut Butter Cup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 boxes confectioners sugar
1 qt. peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
1 lb. butter or margarine
Preparation

Mix well with hands until smooth. Roll into small balls and place on wax paper. Place in refrigerator until cool and firm. Meanwhile, melt 2 (12 ounce) packages chocolate chips and a block of paraffin wax in a double boiler (water in bottom pan). Roll balls in mixture and place back in refrigerator until cool. Better if kept in a cool place. Yields 100.
