Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Bring water and shortening to a boil; add dry ingredients. Stir until mixture leaves sides of pan.
    Cool slightly.
    Add beaten eggs, one at a time.
    Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Cool and fill with custard filling.
