Ingredients

1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 1/4 c. coconut
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
2 large eggs or 3 medium
1 tsp. lemon or vanilla flavoring
Preparation

Pour milk over coconut and set aside.
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs; beat well.
Add milk, coconut and flavoring.
Pour into unbaked shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden brown and firm.
