Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. seasoned pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    10 oz. fresh spinach
    5 bacon strips, crumbled
    2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
Preparation
    Combine first 10 ingredients in a jar.
    Cover tightly and shake until well mixed.
    Set aside.
    Tear spinach into bite sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.
    Pour dressing over spinach and toss lightly.
    Garnish with bacon and egg.
