Turkey Turnovers(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
    3 c. cooked turkey, diced
    1 1/3 c. cooked sweet potatoes, coarsely chopped
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
    1/2 c. cranberry sauce
    2 Tbsp. low-salt chicken broth
Preparation
    Separate rolls into 4 rectangles.
    On a lightly floured surface, roll each rectangle of dough to approximately 7 x 8-inch. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl.
    Spoon 1/4 of the mixture diagonally onto half of each piece of dough, leaving a 1/4-inch border.
    Lightly brush edges of dough with water, then fold dough over, forming triangles.
    Press edges together to seal.
    Place on a greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until golden.
