Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. hot pork sausage
    1/2 lb. mild pork sausage
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 egg
    1 sleeve saltines, crushed
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together by hand in a large mixing bowl. Put in a loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove from oven; top with ketchup and return to oven.
    Bake 1 hour longer.
