Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked, cubed chicken
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 can diced, mild green chilies
    3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 average onions or 1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1 can sliced black olives
    8 (8-inch) flour tortillas
Preparation
    In saucepan, mix chicken, soup, sour cream and chilies.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until boiling.
    Simmer for 5 minutes.
    Spoon small amount of soup mix on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
