Choco-Dot Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. pumpkin
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. All-Bran or Bran Buds cereal
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Preparation
    Stir together flour, baking powder, soda, salt, spices and sugar.
    Set aside.
    In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Add flour mixture, mixing only until combined.
    Add pumpkin and vegetable oil.
    Stir in cereal and chocolate morsels.
    Spread evenly in an ungreased 10 x 4-inch tube pan.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour and 10 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near the center comes out clean.
    Cool completely before removing from pan.
    Drizzle with confectioners sugar glaze, if desired.
    Yield: 16 to 20 servings.
