European Rabbit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 rabbit
    1/2 lb. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 medium onions
    3 cloves
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. red wine
Preparation
    Mix salt, pepper and flour; flour rabbit.
    Melt butter; brown rabbit.
    Place in a roaster.
    Add the melted butter, water, onions and remaining ingredients.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
