Veal Scallopini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 green peppers, cut into strips
    1/4 c. salad oil
    2 lb. veal cutlets, steak or pork tenderloin
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    1 (4 oz.) can whole mushrooms, undrained
    1/2 c. dry red wine
    1 clove garlic, minced
    hot cooked spaghetti
Preparation
    Saute green pepper strips in hot oil until tender.
    Remove and set aside.
    Season meat with salt and pepper and brown on both sides in oil.
    Add tomatoes, mushrooms, wine, garlic and green peppers.
