Pineapple Cheesecake Squares - cooking recipe

2 c. all-purpose flour
2/3 c. margarine or butter, softened
1/2 c. almonds, finely chopped and toasted
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 (8 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2/3 c. Dole unsweetened pineapple juice
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained well and reserve 1 c. juice
1/2 c. whipping cream
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Bake crust.
Beat cream cheese in medium bowl until soft and fluffy; beat in 1/2 cup sugar and eggs.
Stir in 2/3 cup pineapple juice.
Pour cream cheese mixture over hot crust.
Bake just until center is set (about 20 minutes).
Cool completely.
