Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken
1 stalk celery
6 small onions
3 medium green peppers
1 can pimentos
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 large can mushrooms
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
3 c. cooked rice
Preparation

Cook the chicken until real tender. Cool, then chop the celery, onions, peppers and pimentos. Cook in chicken broth until tender.
Add the chili powder, red pepper, mushrooms and soup. Mix all together. Top with cheese.
Bake 45 minutes at 300\u00b0. Serve with rice.
