Crab Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes - cooking recipe

1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crab meat, thawed and flaked
1 pt. cherry tomatoes
1/4 c. real mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
pinch of salt
fresh parsley or watercress sprigs
Preparation

Drain crab meat on several layers of paper towels.
Thinly slice tops and bottoms from tomatoes.
With a small melon ball cutter, remove pulp and drain upside-down on paper towels.
