Hot Tuna Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can water pack tuna, drained
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/3 c. safflower mayonnaise
    English muffins, halved and toasted
    low-fat cheese slices
Preparation
    Combine tuna, pepper, celery and onion.
    Moisten with mayonnaise.
    Spread on muffin halves.
    Place under preheated broiler 2 to 3 minutes.
    Top with cheese; broil 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
