Fudge Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown or white sugar
3 tsp. cocoa
pinch of salt
1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
2 eggs
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (10-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Combine sugar, cocoa and salt in a bowl.
Mix together the margarine and eggs; beat well.
Add egg mixture to sugar mixture along with milk and vanilla.
Beat well.
Pour into pie shell and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake for 15 to 20 minutes more or until done.
