Garden Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes (6 large)
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. sliced green onion
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    3 tsp. chopped parsley
    3/4 c. skim milk
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes; boil in jackets until tender.
    Cool and peel. Cut into 1/2-inch cubes.
    Add celery, green onion and parsley.
