Microwave Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium bell peppers
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck beef
1 c. cooked long grain rice
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. water
6 slices cheese (optional)
Preparation

Cut off tops of green peppers.
Remove seeds.
Mix beef with rice, onion, salt, pepper and garlic.
Fill peppers with meat mixture. Arrange tightly in 3-quart casserole so one pepper is in center of dish.
Mix together soup and water.
Pour over and around peppers.
Insert temperature probe so tip is in middle of center pepper. Cover tightly with plastic wrap, arranging loosely around probe to vent.
Attach cable end in receptacle.
Cook on High for 28 to 32 minutes, turning every 7 minutes or or 175\u00b0 with probe.
Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
Cheese may be placed over peppers while standing.
