Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Boil potatoes, mash, beat in cream cheese, sour cream, salt & pepper.
    When light and fluffy put into a greased 9 X 13 baking dish.
    Cover with foil and refrigerate up to 1 week.
    Bake before serving.
    Dot with butter, sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
