Artichoke Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans artichokes (drained)
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Tear leaves away from hearts.
    Mix leaves, mayonnaise and cheese together.
    Place in greased casserole dish and bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with Ritz crackers.
