Fresh Vegetable Salad Jellied - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 envelopes lime flavored artificially sweetened gelatin
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. hot water
3/4 c. cold water
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. cucumber, diced
1/2 c. celery, chopped
3/4 c. tomatoes, diced
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin and salt in hot water.
Add cold water and vinegar.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Combine vegetables and fold into gelatin mixture.
Pour into molds or serving pan.
Chill until firm.
Serve on crisp lettuce.
