Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. cornmeal
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 egg
Preparation

In medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well. Pour into well-greased 9-inch iron skillet.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
