Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
about 1 c. milk
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
Cut in shortening.
Stir in a little milk at a time until the dough is soft and sticky.
Put the dough on a lightly floured surface; knead lightly.
Roll out and cut.
Place biscuits on a lightly greased pan.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
