Artichoke Rice Dill Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chicken broth (canned)
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/3 c. chopped green onions *
    1/3 c. green pepper *
    1/3 c. sliced stuffed olives *
    1 (7 oz.) jar marinated artichokes, drained and chopped
    1/3 c. chopped celery *
    1/2 c. mayonnaise or less (can use low or no fat)
    3/4 tsp. dill weed
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil broth.
    Add rice and cook 20 minutes or until tender. Cool and add remaining ingredients.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
